The Renault Kadjar is the company’s new C-segment crossover, available in four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive, together with the promise of impressive fuel economy and low emissions.
The Kadjar will be larger than the current Renault Captur, and will share its platform with the Nissan Qashqai. The all-wheel drive version will have three modes (Auto, LOCK and 2WD), along with a ground clearance of 190mm, and wheel sizes up to 19 inches will be available.
We like Renault’s current styling, and think the Kadjar looks good, but is it better looking than the new Mazda CX-3?
In 2014, almost one in every five vehicles sold across the world was a crossover, with the segment enjoying a market share of 23 per cent in Europe and 26 per cent in China.
The Renault Kadjar will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show starting on 5 March 2015 and it will go on sale in the UK in autumn.
