The all-new Honda HR-V will be capable of 71mpg, with emissions of 104g/km CO2, when fitted with the 118bhp 1.6 litre i-DTEC diesel and six-speed manual transmission (with 16-inch wheels).
As well as the 1.6 litre i-DTEC diesel, there’s also a 130 PS 1.5 litre i-VTEC petrol engine. This achieves combined fuel economy of 54.2mpg and CO2 emissions from 120g/km with the CVT automatic transmission. With the standard six-speed manual, the new petrol-powered HR-V delivers fuel economy of 50mpg and CO2 emissions of 130g/km. Acceleration from 0-62mph is 10.3 seconds with the manual and 10.9 seconds with the optional CVT.
Further details including pricing will be available closer to the new HR-V’s summer launch.
