The all-electric Nissan e-NV200 XL Voltia van is longer and higher than the standard e-NV200 van, and offers a load space increased by 90% to 8m3.
This makes it ideal for urban deliveries, allowing businesses to complete fewer trips on each delivery round, to streamline operations, and save time.
The e-NV200 XL Voltia van offers standing room, ensuring that drivers can load cargo easily. It also has a tight turning circle, making urban areas much easier.
The e-NV200 XL Voltia shares powertrain technology with the Nissan LEAF. The model is equipped with Nissan’s 40kWh battery and an on-board CHAdeMO charger for rapid DC charging capability.
Energy management technology includes a B mode which optimises regenerative braking to recharge the battery on the move, whilst ECO mode manages power output to conserve battery capacity. When used together, both technologies maximise range to help drivers go longer on each delivery.
The Nissan e-NV200 has enjoyed sales of 42,000 units since its launch in 2014, with almost 10,000 sold across Europe in 2019 alone.
The e-NV200 XL Voltia will be made available in European markets by Gruau. In the UK the conversion will be carried out by Bevan Group, based in Wednesbury in the West Midlands. UK pricing to be revealed upon launch.
