The new all-electric DS N°8 has an electric range of up to 466 miles and is now open for ordering.
The N°8 is available in two trim levels, PALLAS and ÉTOILE, with two or all-wheel drive and offered with a choice of three power outputs, 230 hp, 245 hp and 350 hp. Prices start from £50,790 for a DS N°8 PALLAS FWD.
N°8 comes with three 100% electric drivetrains developing 230 hp, 245 hp and 350 hp, the latter fitted with two motors and four-wheel drive.
The front-wheel drive version accelerates from zero to 62 mph in just 7.7 seconds, the FWD Long Range in 7.8 seconds, while the N°8 AWD Long Range requires only 5.4 seconds.
All drivetrains enjoy a power boost that brings an additional 30 hp to the FWD version (max 260 hp), 35 hp to the FWD LONG RANGE version (max 280 hp) and 25 hp to the AWD LONG RANGE version (max 375 hp).
Two battery capacities are available on N°8. The first offers a usable capacity of 73.7 kWh and is fitted to N°8 FWD (230 hp). The second, with a usable capacity of 97.2 kWh, is available in the FWD LONG RANGE (245 hp) and AWD LONG RANGE (350 hp) versions.
With help from slippery aerodynamics, the N°8 FWD LONG RANGE manages a combined range of 466 miles (WLTP cycle) with a consumption of 4.8 miles/kWh. It also boasts an impressive urban driving range of 565 miles (WLTP cycle). The combined WLTP ranges of N°8 FWD and N°8 AWD Long Range hit 341 miles and 427 miles respectively.
For longer journeys, the 160 kW charging power allows the battery to be charged from 20% to 80% in just 27 minutes, recovering 370 miles of range; N°8 can also recuperate 125 miles of range in just 10 minutes. For everyday journeys, N°8 has an 11 kW on-board AC charger. This means a charging time of 8 hours 50 minutes (depending on battery capacity) for a 20% to 80% charge at a 7.4 kW single-phase wallbox. This duration can be reduced to 6 hours with a three-phase 11 kW Wallbox. N°8 is fitted with intelligent battery management, allowing the charge to be automatically stopped at 80% to extend the performance and durability of the cells.
N°8 features DS PIXEL VISION, headlights that reach more than 500 metres, DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION, a camera that analyses the road and sends information to the controlled suspension, NIGHT VISION, which allows you to see as well at night as in daylight, and digital rearview.
DS N°8 is being offered with two specification levels: PALLAS and ÉTOILE. The PALLAS trim is available in FWD and FWD Long range; the ÉTOILE specification is available on FWD, FWD Long Range and AWD Long Range.
The new DS N°8 is now open for ordering with prices starting from £50,790 for a DS N°8 PALLAS FWD. The first deliveries of N°8 are scheduled for the second half of 2025.
