Transport + Energy’s Fleet Electrification Forum (FEF) is taking place on 9 July 2025 at Warwick Conferences with the event exploring best practice, the challenges and opportunities for the fleet industry, and how it plans to accelerate electrification.
The day will see businesses responsible for more than 100,000 vehicles represented on the stage, with many more in the room amongst delegates, promising a Forum which will genuinely reflect the current state of play for fleets in the UK.
The event will kick off with a series of critical insights from sector leaders, starting with Claire Miller, the Independent Mobility & Energy Advisor at Tellegen alongside founder of T+E Alec Peachey.
There will then be a keynote speech by Dominic Phinn, the Head of Transport at the Climate Group, explaining how fleets are leading the transition. It comes as the Climate Group has highlighted in its latest report that zero-emission corporate fleets are becoming a real possibility in a growing number of diverse markets.
This informative speech will be followed by a deep dive into how corporate fleets are managing the transition with some of the UK’s largest operators including National Grid, DPD, Royal Mail and Dunelm.
This will be followed by further insight on fleet electrification from Drax Electric Vehicles, The AA, Tarmac and First Bus, representing a wide collection of industries in the sector. In addition, there will be a deep dive into how councils are accelerating electrification with Wiltshire and Islington LBC represented.
In the afternoon, there will be a focus on the enormous challenges – and opportunity – for logistics and commercial vehicles to decarbonise. Sessions on HGVs, sustainable urban freight, electric vans and a specific example from the Welsh Government will be represented in a schedule full of some of the biggest players in the sector. The day will round off with a session on emergency services and how they are managing the transition.
