The new Škoda Peaq electric seven-seat SUV has a driving range of up to 390 miles and is priced from £51,980.
The Peaq is available with two powertrain variants – 90 (rear-wheel drive) and 90x (all-wheel drive) – delivering outputs ranging from 286 PS to 299 PS and driving ranges of up to 390 miles on the WLTP combined cycle. The all-wheel-drive 90x variant accelerates from 0 to 62mph in just 6.8 seconds.
All models are equipped with an 86kWh (net) battery – the largest ever offered in a Škoda EV. The 90 supports peak DC rapid charging speeds of up to 199kW and can recharge from 10 to 80 per cent in around 28 minutes.
The Škoda Peaq also supports Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), enabling energy stored in the high-voltage battery to power external electrical devices such as e-bikes or caravans.
The Peaq measures nearly 4.9 metres in length. With all seven seats in place, it offers 299 litres of luggage capacity. Folding the third row increases capacity to 890 litres, while folding both the second and third rows flat unlocks a maximum of 2,075 litres. In addition, a 37-litre front luggage compartment (frunk) provides convenient storage for charging cables and can also accommodate the parcel shelf when not in use.
The UK range will consist of three trim grades: SE L from £51,980, Edition from £55,130, and SportLine from £58,280, with both the Edition and SportLine available with all-wheel drive. Order books for the Peaq will open in September 2026.
The Peaq introduces several features appearing for the first time in a Škoda production model, including flush door handles and a panoramic electrochromic glass roof with dynamic shade control.
Essential driving information is displayed on a 10-inch digital driver display, while a 13.6-inch vertical infotainment screen with haptic controls houses the main infotainment system. An augmented-reality head-up display will be available as an option from 2027.
The Peaq will also be available from launch in a SportLine variant, featuring sporty design elements and enhanced standard specification.
