If you have an off-street parking space and you own or lease a plug-in car (pure electric or plug-in hybrid) you can receive a 75% discount up to a maximum of £500 from the cost of buying and installing a home charge point. The grant is handled by the company that installs the charge point so you won’t receive the money directly, it is deducted from the amount that you pay.
Workplace charging grants are also available, up to £500 per charge point, for a maximum of 10 charge points.
