Live theatre sessions

Fully Charged LIVE 2022 – the world’s number 1 clean energy and electric vehicle show – will feature over 50 live theatre sessions, hosted by Fully Charged presenters Robert Llewellyn, Jack Scarlett, Helen Czerski, Imogen Pierce and Dan Caesar – view all the theatre sessions here.

The live theatre sessions will cover subjects including electric vehicles, charging, home energy and everything in between, as well as lots of other fascinating and sometimes slightly unexpected topics (‘Agrivoltaics & Vertical Farming’, anyone?)

Green Car Guide’s editor Paul Clarke will be on stage talking about ‘What are the best electric cars that are currently on the market?’, with Jack Scarlett at 11.30am on Sunday 1 May in the Giga Theatre.

With energy prices set to increase to even more dizzying heights, Fully Charged Live 2022 will feature a multitude of solutions to help you save money on energy costs. For example, back this year due to popular demand is the 2021 event’s sell-out session, ‘Beyond the Boiler – the future of heating & hot water’, hosted once again by Dan Caesar.

Test drives of the latest electric cars

You can see the latest EVs at Fully Charged LIVE including the Volkswagen ID. Buzz, Genesis GV60, Ora Cat, the new Kia Niro EV and more There will also be test drives of the latest electric cars such as the Nissan Ariya as well as EVs from Tesla, Hyundai, MG, Ford, Polestar, Kia, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall, DS, Volkswagen and many more! Test drives are booked on-site on arrival on a first-come, first-served basis – you will need a DVLA licence code. There are also commercial vehicles and two and three-wheelers.

There’s the chance to get £250 cashback from Cinch, the official used EV partner of Fully Charged LIVE – they’ll be outside in the Electric Picnic Area. Home Energy Advice Team

The Home Energy Advice Team, powered by OVO Energy, is a new feature for 2022. Visitors can access free, independent advice from industry experts covering topics from energy efficiency and electric car charging to heat pumps and zero emission boilers.

Starting at 10:20am on each day the Home Energy Advice Team attraction will have 20 experts on hand at all times to talk you through your options.

The Home Energy Advice Team is located in the centre of the main exhibition hall.

Fully Charged BUSINESS

This year there will be Fully Charged BUSINESS, powered by EV leasing company DriveElectric, delivering workshops and providing advice for businesses looking to transition to EVs and clean energy, as well as facilitating networking between businesses in the EV and energy sectors. Fully Charged BUSINESS will take place in the main hall and will run for all three days of the show. Future of Flight Zone

Next year (2023), Fully Charged LIVE will once again take place in Farnborough, but there will also be a Northern Fully Charged LIVE, taking place in Harrogate.
